Fitting a nozzle to a knapsack sprayer

Fitting your nozzle to your knapsack sprayer.

The nozzle filter is fitted first into the nozzle body. These filters may have integrated seals.

If not then ‘O’ ring seals will be supplied.

Cone nozzles are in two parts. Each part can be disc shaped with holes. This restrictor disc controls the flow of spray solution from the nozzle and the second disc causes that liquid to form spray drops.

These two parts click together to form one nozzle for fitting

Reflex, standard flat fan and even spray nozzles are all single components that are fitted to the nozzle retaining body, by a screw threaded or bayonet cap.

Align the nozzle.
